To quote a clean we need your name, a phone number or email, the address of the home, and roughly how big it is. If you become a client we also keep the checklist you approved and your visit schedule, plus any access instructions you choose to give us — a gate code, where the key is. Nothing else, and no payment card details on this website.
To quote the job, schedule the visits, let the crew into the house, and reach you when something needs deciding. We do not sell contact details, we do not share them with other companies, and we do not put people on a mailing list because they once asked for a price.
Gate codes and key locations sit with the office and the two cleaners assigned to your home, and nobody else. When you stop service, that information is deleted within thirty days rather than kept on file.
